Aprendamos

Aprendamos provides academic support and enrichment to approximately 700 young children, Grades K-3, enrolled in local LAUSD schools including Hoover Street Elementary School and MacArthur Primary Center, Charles White Elementary, Leo J. Politi, and Hobart Elementary.

This program fills crucial gaps in educational services, providing the foundation for future academic and life success. The curriculum strengthens each child's scholastic skills, abilities, and basic English-language literacy as well as increases engagement in school for these children, who typically come from low-income, immigrant families.
